  • Quiz responses: Your answers to our breed-match quiz are stored locally in your browser so you can resume where you left off. They are not sent to our servers unless you explicitly opt in (e.g. by entering your email).
  • Email address: If you choose to receive your quiz results by email, we store your email and your top match in our database.
  • Usage data: We may collect anonymous analytics (pages visited, clicks) to improve the service. This data does not identify you personally.

How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the breed-matching experience.
  • To send you the results you requested.
  • To understand which features are useful and which are not.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your quiz progress. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics cookies in the future, we will display a consent banner.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate PickFido (e.g. hosting, email delivery), and only to the extent necessary.

Children

PickFido is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
