Refund Policy

PickFido is a product of FieldService Capital, LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with any digital product you purchase from us.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital purchases (including the First-Time Dog Owner Blueprint). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

FieldService Capital, LLC is the seller and merchant of record for all PickFido purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. To request a refund:

• Email us at hello@pickfido.com with your order details (the email used at checkout and the date of purchase), and we will process the refund.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Subscriptions

For subscription plans, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the most recent charge. If you cancel within 30 days of your most recent charge, email us and we will refund that charge.
