PickFido is a product of FieldService Capital, LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with any digital product you purchase from us.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital purchases (including the First-Time Dog Owner Blueprint). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

All payments on PickFido are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at hello@pickfido.com with your order details and we will help process the refund.

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all PickFido purchases, Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to your purchase.
