Welcome to PickFido, a service operated by FieldService Capital, LLC (“FieldService Capital”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the PickFido website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who You Are Contracting With

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and FieldService Capital, LLC. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are using the Service.

The Service

PickFido provides educational information, AI-assisted breed-match suggestions, dog ownership tools, and digital guides (such as the First-Time Dog Owner Blueprint) to help you decide whether a particular dog might fit your lifestyle.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Send spam or otherwise abuse the Service or its users.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, introduce malware, scrape content, or otherwise interfere with security.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

Payments, Seller & Processor

FieldService Capital, LLC is the seller and merchant of record for all purchases on PickFido. Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By completing checkout, you also agree to Stripe’s End User Terms of Service. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Intellectual Property

All content on PickFido — including text, graphics, logos, software, and digital guides — is owned by FieldService Capital, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have: (a) materially breached these Terms; (b) failed to pay amounts when due; (c) created a security, fraud, or legal risk for us or other users; or (d) repeatedly or seriously violated our policies. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that breed matches, cost estimates, or other content are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldService Capital, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FieldService Capital, LLC harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FieldService Capital, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
